Pretty much. Will this impel the eternally lazy TiR to get off its butt and read the 1200 pages of her Rationality and the Structure of the Self: A Two-Volume Study in Kantian Metaethics? Time "nothing else than the form of the internal sense, that is, of the intuitions of self and of our internal state . . . the formal condition a priori of all phenomena whatsoever . . . nothing but the form of our internal intuition" will tell.
